Peter Troshin

I work in Geoff Barton's Computational Biology research group in the College of Life Science at the University of Dundee, UK since July 2009.

I am a core software developer in the group involved in a number of projects, the most recent being JAva Bioinformatics Analysis Web Services which is an open source SOAP web services for multiple sequence alignment and AACon amino acid conservation analysis.

Before that I was developing the Protein Information Management System
